Due to the nature of live bait, we are often against the weather and tides. We aim to provide you with the best quality live bait that is available. All parcels are packed with an ice block to keep the bait in the best possible condition.
Due to the nature of the internet, any last minute orders should be phoned just in case of any problems, orders can be taken up to 1PM, to be sent out that day, stock availability allowing.
Live and frozen bait is only sent on a next day delivery service, for obvious reasons. When you order your bait, you must tell us when you want it sent, please let us know the delivery date on the special instructions box.
Please do not ask for it to be sent any other way because it will not be sent. We use a signed delivery service and you will need someone in at your address to sign for the parcel or we can arrange it to be delivered to your work address. Once you receive your bait, try and get it to a fridge to keep it cold and in good condition.
Please note that for some more extreme parts of the UK there may be a surcharge. Any parcel going across water will incur an extra £10 cost.
We recommended that any orders for frozen bait should be sent by the ?by midday? service at £15 to make sure it gets to you in the best possible condition.
