Freshly frozen crab straight from our local shore.
They come in packs of 5 to 8 per pack. The crabs are of the smaller females size.
They are expensive, thats because they are just not enough crab any more. There seems to be less and less crab every year.
As there are so few they are never more than a few weeks old.
